It is a privilege and honour to have the chance to contribute to the impactful mission of ZanaAfrica, which resonates with my values and interests. ZanaAfrica greatly values its staff and is committed to continually developing the staff and improving the work conditions and environment, which makes it a very exciting place to work as an HR professional. I love the supportive, relaxed and camaraderie work culture fostered by the organization that allows staff to explore their strengths, grow, do meaningful work, and have a sense of belonging and a strong commitment to their work. At ZanaAfrica, I feel energized, valued, and connected to my work, and I enjoy working for the organization. The opportunity to work for ZanaAfrica has been inspiring.
